Daria Werbowy
After switching over to Elite Models, Werbowy began landing several prominent bookings in Canada but still had not achieved much international success. When Elite Canada’s head scout, Elmer Olsen, started his own agency Werbowy followed and her career began to flourish. Within a few years, and under the guidance of International Management Group (IMG), Werbowy had gained a foothold on the international modelling stage.

Lily Cole
Cole was born in Torquay, England, and raised in London with her two siblings. A chance encounter began her modelling career when she was fourteen. She was walking through the streets of Soho after a hamburger with friends when scout-turned actor Benjamin Hart approached her. Cole ran, fearing she was being chased by ‘some dodgy guy’ but after being asked to consider modelling, she accepted and was signed on with Storm Models, the mother agency of supermodels such as Kate Moss and Cindy Crawford.

Eva Riccobono
At 14, Eva was introduced to the fashion world by photographer Luca LoBosco. When she was only 17, the Italian magazine Corriere della Sera named her “the new Laetitia Casta” because her face (but not her body) is quite similar to Casta’s. From that moment, she became one of the most important Italian fashion models and started travelling between Milan, New York, Paris, Barcelona, Berlin, London, Rome, Hamburg, Tokyo, and Los Angeles. She has appeared in magazines such as Vogue, Elle, and Cosmopolitan. She has also posed for the Pirelli Calendar in 2003.

Jessica Stam
As soon as photographer Steven Meisel discovered the then 16-year-old Stam, he cast her in every ad campaign of his, and suddenly she was a star. “I guess I’m his muse,” she has said of her mentor Stam won the Los Angeles Model Look Search in 2002. Her career was set off when she appeared on the cover of UK & German Vogue and she has appeared in advertisements for Marc Jacobs, Anna Sui, Vera Wang, Valentino, Miu Miu, Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace and Holt Renfrew. In 2004, Stam appeared in the short film Agent Orange.

Doutzen Kroes
Born in Eastermar in the Netherlands, Kroes scored a modeling contract after she sent her photo to the modeling agency Paparazzi in Amsterdam hoping to earn enough cash to buy more fashion magazines. Soon the 5’10” stunner was filling their pages, gracing ads for everyone from Calvin Klein to Dolce & Gabbana.
